3.10.25 | Airbnb Elopement in Marion, NC | Maura & Bijay

Maura & Bijay had a beautiful elopement in Marion, NC. They wanted their wedding celebration to be a combination of their American and Nepalese cultures. So Maura dressed as a more traditional Nepalese bride and Bijay dressed as a traditional American groom.

The only guests in attendance were Maura's parents as Bijay's family is still in Nepal. Maura and her mother both had henna as part of their wedding attire.

Even though they were born on opposite sides of the globe these two are meant to be. On their third date Bijay told Maura he loved her, which honestly may have freaked out Maura a bit. But as they spent more time together their love continued to grow.

They probably had some of the most amazing vows I have ever heard. Their love is so apparent.

After their elopement ceremony at a private waterfall they spent the evening playing games, dancing, and eating some of the amazing Nepalese food that Bijay made. It was a beautiful day of celebrating love ❤️
