I'm Amy! I'm an elopement photographer and planner based in NC and traveling all over the US & Beyond. I have experience in over 150 weddings & elopements and have picked up a few tips and tricks along the way.
I've created this Elopement Planning Checklist as a resource to help couples plan their most awesome wedding day. This checklist is designed as a baseline to cover almost everything that you would need to plan your elopement. Now every couple is different and so is every elopement, so look over this checklist and feel free to customize it as much as you need! Cross things off you don't want and add in the things you do 😊

How To Use The Elopement Planning Checklist:
Check Off the Big Decisions First
Decide on those things that will most affect your day first. Location, Date, Who's coming, & How Long.
Hire your vendors
Unless you're getting married in a self solemnizing state the bare minimum is to hire an officiant or go to the courthouse. Although I highly suggest having a photographer as well 😉 The guide lists out all sorts of awesome vendors you may want to consider.
Figure out your details
Things like attire, gear you may need, permit requirements. Everything is listed out in detail so you can just check it off as you go.
