My husband John and I work together to help create and capture couples awesome elopement days. The truth is your wedding is a once in a lifetime occasion - The two of you are about to start the most challenging, rewarding, exciting, life-changing experience of your lives together.
We wanted to offer all inclusive packages to our couples to help take away some of the stress that is associated with planning a wedding day of any size. We've captured over 150+ weddings and elopements and have an amazing team of vendors that we love to work with.
An all inclusive package is perfect for the couple who just wants to get married somewhere beautiful with their best friend, and not have to worry about all the logistics. So let's help you create a kick ass day.

Have you ever just met someone and all your worries just disappear?!! Well that’s what Amy and John were to us. We are from Ohio traveling to North Carolina for our destination wedding. We were unsure of the location of our wedding. Amy encouraged us to dream BIG about what our perfect day looked like. We exchanged many emails and phone calls, sending us portfolios of locations before finally picking.. and guess what? We got a waterfall AND the mountains. Amy and John have such a calming presence and were just the best to work with. We are so grateful for them and are obsessed with our sneak peek photos!

How does an all inclusive package work?
Our all inclusive packages start with a base package that includes all the basics to officially get you married and have some memories to look back on.
We book all of the vendors for you and handle all vendor communication, payments, and contracts.
We create custom location guides based on your vision for your day.
We create a relaxed & fun filled timeline.
We have additional services that can be added on to any package.
Basically we're just trying to take away as much planning stress as we can. So you and your partner can just enjoy your day.

The Planning Process
So what does our planning process look like:

After you book we send over an elopement planning questionnaire and your guide to planning your intimate wedding. That questionnaire really helps us get to know you better and recommend locations that check all your boxes.

Within about a month of completing your planning questionnaire we will send you over a detailed location suggestion list.

Once you choose a location you love, we will book some amazing other local vendors and you will book your lodging and travel.

A few months before your day we will send you one final questionnaire that goes into all the details to create a fun filled timeline.

Within a month of completing that questionnaire we will send you over a suggested timeline and we will set up a time to chat and go over everything.

We handle all the communications and logistics with the other vendors so everyone knows when and where they have to be.

We meet up on your wedding day and go have an awesome day.

Within about 1 week from your wedding day we will share a teaser album of photos.

Within 8 weeks you will receive your full gallery as well as your wedding videos and you can order any prints or albums you would like.

FAQS
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Our all inclusive packages are designed around western North Carolina. We don't have a hard travel limit, but for the most part within 2 1/2 hours of Asheville, NC.
CAN WE ONLY BOOK YOU FOR A FEW HOURS?
Yes of course! Our minimum package is our Cedar 2 Hour Package. We are always happy to make a custom package based on the amount of coverage you need.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER?
Typically it is safe to estimate somewhere between 50-75 photos per hour of coverage.
HOW MUCH DO YOU EDIT YOUR PHOTOS?
I'd say 70% of the way my photos look comes down to the way I edit my photos. Each photo receives basic color correction, cropping, adjustment for lighting, etc, as well as a custom filter to give it the vibe you see in my portfolio. I do not offer any body modifications to my photos.
HOW IS YOUR VIDEO DELIVERED?
We mail our couples the video files on a USB drive in a keepsake box.
HOW LONG IS THE VIDEO?
It depends on the package that you go with. In our 2 hour Cedar package the highlight video is about 2-3 minutes long, in our 4 hour packages the highlight video is about 4-6 minutes long, and in our all day packages the highlight video is 6-8 minutes long. The RAW ceremony is as long as your ceremony is :)
DO I HAVE TO GET MY ALBUMS AND PRINTS FROM YOU?
A lot of studios do the watermark thing or force you to print albums through them - I'm not a big fan of that route. I do offer albums and prints, but the way I see it, you've invested a lot for your photos, so you should have the freedom to do what you want with them for personal use.
IS THE HAIR & MAKEUP ON SITE?
The hair and makeup artist will meet you wherever you are staying :)
CAN THE PICNIC/CAKE ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Yes! In our planning questionnaire we ask if there are any dietary restrictions we need to keep in mind.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes we do! We have two payment plans to choose from. We require a $1500 nonrefundable retainer to save your date and then the remaining balance can either be split into monthly payments or can be one final payment due 30 days prior to your wedding.

Awesome! We can't wait to get to know you and are thrilled that you've chosen us! We do require a $1500 nonrefundable retainer as well as a signed contract to reserve your date.
